I stayed at the Four Points for a week in February 2017 as the team liaison for the visiting national rugby team of Chile. This meant that I had to work with hotel staff on a daily basis to adjust service requirements for the 33 members of the Chilean group, which were changing on an almost minute-by-minute basis. Amidst the relative chaos of these constantly changing customer demands, the staff at Four Points was incredibly accommodating and flexible, and their conduct and presentation was impeccable and incredibly attentive at all times. My regular day job in media communications is very much concerned with service excellence, so I took note, and I pledged to write a review here. All of the staff at the Four Points deserve huge praise for their excellent work and attention to customer service. As regards the rooms and facilities, this is a value hotel – not a five-star resort – but the rooms were clean, well appointed, and modern – I slept well every night I was there. All in all, a very good value and highly recommended for the cost-conscious visitor to Victoria.
Excellent room with comfortable bed, roomy bathroom, and up to date decor. The hotel floor was quiet of other guests. The location was close to Costco, Millstream Shopping Centre, and then over the highway to Langford and Colwood.
Four Points by Sheraton Victoria Gateway offers a great location just off of the Trans Canada Highway, with shopping and recreation nearby.
117 comfortable, contemporary guest rooms have all the extras you love, like a 42 flat screen TV and free High Speed Internet Access.
They also offer suites – some have a Jacuzzi tub, kitchenette, connecting room, or balcony.
